A Small Idea About Our Meeting Recording Pens and Class Notes

In recent optimizations of meeting notes and class notes, we discovered that artificial intelligence (AI) can do more than just transcribe content. While traditional note-taking focuses on recording what is said, AI can also summarize and categorize the content. Furthermore, during this summarization and categorization process, we can analyze the content to identify key points and action items.

For example, during a marketing strategy meeting, we discussed which social media platforms to use for promotions, including the crafting of advertising slogans. This meeting can be seen as a brainstorming session where five or six team members exchanged ideas. In such cases, AI can be treated as an additional participant in the meeting. Beyond just recording content (like our recording pen does), AI can:

  1. Capture everything discussed in the meeting.

  2. Analyze the content to identify pending tasks and clearly outline what needs to be done next.

Looking ahead, if we proceed with development in this direction, I might explore the possibility of promoting on TikTok. This could involve:

  • Identifying popular influencers and analyzing their videos.

  • Studying their scripts.

  • Creating scripts for viral videos with similar content.

Traditionally, these tasks would require human effort. However, AI can now assist in completing them. In the near future, AI may not only generate text but also help create videos.

Currently, we can present content in formats like text, images, or mind maps. While we haven’t fully realized this potential yet, it’s definitely the direction we’re heading. Therefore, I believe that a good AI hardware product should aim to help customers solve specific problems in particular scenarios.

Why Efficiency Matters in Meetings

In many meetings, decisions cannot be made immediately. This is especially true for discussions like salary negotiations, where reaching a conclusion takes time. By introducing AI to assist in these discussions, we can accelerate decision-making and improve meeting efficiency. For example, a one-hour meeting could potentially be shortened to 30 minutes or even 15 minutes with clearer discussions and focused agendas.

In summary, optimizing meeting efficiency is crucial. AI can help identify key action items and make meeting content more structured. By doing so, it significantly enhances productivity.
