How to Redeem in Recolx App?
1. Open the Recolx App and tap the bottom-right Personal Center icon.
2. On the Personal Center page, under your avatar, tap the Membership Center in thetranscription duration section.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and locate Redeem Activation code.
4. Click Redeem, paste the copied activation code, and click Submit.
Will l lose my recordings if the recording or transcription fails? Are pastrecordings safely stored?
A:No — your
recordings are safely stored on the device, and will not be lost, even if
transcription is interrupted.
Here's how it works:
Local Storage on Device
All raw recordings are first saved directly
to your Recolx AI Recorder. Even without a network connection, the files remain
securely stored.
Automatic Sync to Your Account
Once your recorder connects to the Recolx app, all recordings are automatically synced to your Recolx account.
Cloud Backup (if enabled)
If you have enabled cloud sync, your
recordings and their summaries will also be uploaded and backed up to the cloud
— making them
accessible anytime, from any device logged into your account.
Does recording consume transcription time?
If the recording is synced to the app but not transcribed, it will not consume transcription time.
