Refund Policy

Recolx attaches great importance to the user’s shopping experience. RecolX hopes that our professionalism and dedication will make customers feel at ease.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

1.1 Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

1.2 Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@recolx.ai.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After the returned product has been received and verified, Recolx will process your refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

1.4 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, please refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery, or contact us after receipt for return processing.
Once we receive the returned parcel and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

 

2. Accessories

If you purchased accessories (such as charging cables or cases), these items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.
Refunds for accessories will follow the same policy as above.

 

3. RecolX Software and Digital Services

Digital services or subscription products (e.g., RecolX AI transcription minutes) are non-refundable once activated.
If activation has not occurred, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@recolx.ai.

 

4. Refund Timeline

After your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank’s processing speed (typically 5–10 business days).
