Referral Program
Invite an eligible friend to purchase and bind a Recolx device. Once your friend enters your referral code, you both receive 3 months of Recolx Pro.
A reward for both of you
Referral rewards may be added to eligible device activation benefits.
Earn another 3 months for each successful referral, with no invitation limit.
An invited account may generally claim the referral reward only once.

How to participate
An eligible Recolx owner can share a personal referral code from the app.

Share your referral code
In the Recolx app, open Profile → Refer a Friend, then copy or share your personal code.

Your friend purchases and binds a device
Your friend purchases a Recolx device, then completes device binding and activation in the app.

Your friend enters the referral code
After binding the device, your friend enters your code. Once eligibility is confirmed, both rewards are issued.

Program rules
These terms determine who may participate and when a reward is issued.

Rewards
When an eligible friend successfully enters your referral code, the referrer and the invited friend each receive 3 months of Recolx Pro.
A referrer receives an additional 3 months for every successful referral. Rewards accumulate, and there is no limit to the number of eligible friends a referrer may invite. An invited account may generally receive the referral reward only once.

Who can invite
A user who has purchased and bound a Recolx hardware device receives a personal referral code and may use it to invite others.

Who can enter a referral code
An invited user must meet all of the following requirements:
- The user has purchased and bound a Recolx hardware device.
- The account's first device activation occurred on or after the program start date.
- The account has not previously entered a referral code.
Each account may enter only one referral code. A code cannot be changed after it has been submitted successfully.
A user who activated a device before the program began cannot receive a reward as an invited friend, but may still invite other eligible users.

When rewards are issued
Rewards are issued after the invited friend completes device binding, successfully enters the referral code, and satisfies all eligibility checks.
Only the first eligible binding of a device within the Recolx system may trigger a reward. Rebinding a second-hand device, rotating a device among multiple accounts, or similar repeated binding activity does not generate additional rewards.

Other benefits and offers
A referral reward may be combined with eligible Pro membership time granted for a device's first activation.
E-commerce purchase discount codes and referral codes are separate. One cannot be substituted for, or used as, the other.

Additional terms
- A user cannot enter their own referral code.
- A referral code belongs to the account that received it and does not transfer when a device is unbound.
- Recolx may revoke eligibility or rewards in cases of reward abuse, fraudulent binding, or other improper activity.
- Program availability and dates are determined by the information shown in the Recolx app.
- After the program ends, no new referral relationship may be created and no new reward may be claimed under this program.
- Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these rules.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about eligibility, limits, and reward timing.
Can I enter a referral code without buying a device?
No. You must first purchase, bind, and activate a qualifying Recolx device.
Can an existing user receive the invited-friend reward?
A user whose account activated a device before the program began cannot receive the invited-friend reward. The user may still invite other eligible friends.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can invite?
No. You receive another 3 months of Pro for each eligible, successful referral.
Does the device activation benefit still apply?
Yes. Eligible device activation membership time and the referral reward may be combined.
What if I enter the wrong code or my own code?
Your own code is invalid. Each account may enter a code only once, and a successfully submitted code cannot be changed.
Does my referral code remain valid if I change devices?
Yes. A referral code belongs to your account, not to a specific device.
